Shipping policy

We ship to all of Mexico. Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart based on the weight and destination of your order, and free shipping may apply in some cases.

Delivery time:

• Estimated delivery times are automatically calculated in the shopping cart based on the destination of your order.

Insurance:

• All orders are insured for the full value of the order. If your order is lost or damaged during transit, we will refund the full value of the order.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order ships, we will send you an email with the tracking number. You can use this number to track your order online.

Non-delivery policy:

• If your order is not delivered, we will contact you to coordinate delivery. If we are unable to deliver your order after a number of attempts, we will refund the full value of the order.

Changes in delivery address:

• If you need to change the delivery address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible by providing us with your order number at info@beartdesign.com.mx. We can change the delivery address if the order has not yet been shipped.
