Refund policy

We accept returns of items within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, undamaged and with all tags intact. Returns are not accepted for items that have been used and therefore damaged.

To return an item, send an email to info@beartdesign.com.mx adding the reason for the return and 3 attached images where you can see the damage. In case the item has arrived damaged, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Once we receive the item, we will process your return and issue a refund within 14 business days.

Exceptions:

Returns are not accepted for the following items:

• Personalized items.
• Items sold at a discount.
• Items that have been used or damaged.
